RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We trust that you are pleased with your Courant products. In the event that you are not entirely satisfied, you have the option to initiate a return. The process involves returning the item(s) within fourteen days of receiving your order. Ensure that the items are in their original, unopened, and unused condition.
To commence the return process, kindly contact our customer service at customercare@courant-paris.com. Our customer service team will guide you through the necessary steps and provide instructions for proper packaging. It is important to adhere to the wrapping instructions, as failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of reimbursement if the item arrives damaged.
For those who availed themselves of a promotional offer that included a free product, please be aware that the complimentary item also needs to be returned. Keep in mind that the initial shipping cost cannot be refunded, as it is directly paid to the shipping carrier during the purchase process.
After your return shipment has been delivered to us, we will refund the amount of your purchases as quickly as possible via your original payment method.
The complete refund process may take up to 14 days after receipt. If, after this period, you have still not received the amount of your purchases, please contact us indicating your order number and shipping confirmation, we will be happy to help you.
Please note that the initial shipping cost cannot be refunded as it's paid directly to the shipping carrier.
Upon the arrival of your order, we recommend conducting a thorough inspection with the carrier to ensure the items are in optimal condition and have not incurred any damage during transit.
Despite our diligent efforts in providing robust protective packaging, occasional signs of wear on the shipping box may occur due to transportation.
In the event that your items have sustained significant damage during shipping, you are not obligated to accept the package and should promptly return it to the carrier. Should you discover any damage after the carrier has departed, please notify our customer service immediately.
To ensure rapid processing, please keep the box, the wrapping and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier and take photos.
Once the package is returned to our warehouse, we will initiate the reimbursement process or dispatch a replacement item, based on your preference. It's important to note that this policy exclusively applies to online purchases made at courant-paris.com.
Purchases made online cannot be returned to or exchanged at Courant retailers.
Please note that items shipped to the United Kingdom can't be returned.
